My name is Ted Marules. I am a resident of the State of Texas and currently president of Ted Marules, Sr. & Associates, Inc., d/b/a Texas Claims & Consulting Co.
My company is involved in motor vehicle accident reconstruction and causation.
The University of Texas conferred upon me the Degree of Bachelor of Science In Education with majors in Education, History and Psychology. January 1970.
I have 48 years overall experience (1973-2021) in the investigation of insurance claims and reconstruction of motor vehicle, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, and pedestrian accidents.
As an expert witness in motor vehicle accident reconstruction, I have been allowed to testify at time of trial in both state and federal courts. I have trial experience in both civil and criminal cases.
Specifically, my accident reconstruction training includes, but not limited to,
- Accident Reconstruction Training & Certification at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois. Instructed by Thad Aycock, Jennifer White, and Jim Sneddon. 120 total classroom hours plus a minimum of 60 hours home study. Final exams passed and Certificates awarded. 1994, 1996.
- Accident Reconstruction Low Speed Impact Analysis at Forensic Technologies International, Annapolis, Maryland. Instructed by Dr. Ian Jones and Al Cipriani. 14 classroom hours. 1994.
- Accident Reconstruction Home Study Training by The Institute of Police Technology and Management (IPTM) University of North Florida, Jacksonville, Florida. Manual by Robert A. DuBois. Approximately 40 hours.
